This cat, however, is OBSESSED with drops of water. When I&#8217;m washing the dishes, he wants to sit right next to the sink. When I&#8217;m washing my face at night, there he is. When someone washes their hands, he comes running. <\/p>\n<p>His mother was discovered living on a boat, which is where he and his brother and sister were born.
