Just some photos of my recent trip to Channel Islands Beach. My summer trips all over California are almost complete, which I’m kind of glad for. I have never spent so much of my summer on the go! I realize, to some degree, this is the point of summer vacation, but it’s making my time off fly by too quickly… our vacation rental was the second row of houses from the beach, with a great view of the ocean and the sunset from the roof. Next year I’m saving for ON the beach. It’s a private beach, so there was almost no one there :)<\/p>\n

On Sunday morning, we went over to the local Farmers’ Market. It was awesome!<\/p>\n

And if you’re a Southern Californian, how could you escape the ridiculousness of the freeway closure media circus? Lame… but at least it didn’t affect the drive home…<\/p>\n
