Both of the girls read the age recommendation (which said 3+) and complained that they were MUCH older than 3, and they were TOO old to play with the new set.  Those complaints didn&#8217;t last long, and both they and I had a little fun making all kinds of dorky cakes, pies, ice cream cones, etc with the tools that came in the box.
